We ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage, which offers reliable and affordable shipping with tracking. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days, and shipping times vary based on location. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

International Shipping: If you're located outside the U.S., international shipping may be available upon request. Please reach out to us at arcolara.inquiry@gmail.com before placing your order to discuss shipping options and rates.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry! If youโ€™re not completely satisfied, we offer returns only on pre-made necklaces within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility:

  • Only pre-made necklaces are eligible for returns. Custom charm necklaces are final sale due to their personalized nature.

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

  • Returns showing any signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email us at arcolara.inquiry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Once received and inspected, a refund (minus shipping fees) will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not liable for lost or damaged returns, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
