We ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage, which offers reliable and affordable shipping with tracking. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days, and shipping times vary based on location. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your jewelry! If youโre not completely satisfied, we offer returns only on pre-made necklaces within 14 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility:
Only pre-made necklaces are eligible for returns. Custom charm necklaces are final sale due to their personalized nature.
Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
Returns showing any signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return:
Email us at arcolara.inquiry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, you will receive return instructions.
Once received and inspected, a refund (minus shipping fees) will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not liable for lost or damaged returns, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
